the foundation of all health lies within your mind, heart and soul, expressed through your emotions. Dis-ease happens when there is an inordinate amount or concentration of stress on the body and mind. Your body and mind come with a built in self healing system and the purpose of all Alternative Health methods is to empower us to consciously use our self healing system first and foremost to allow the body to heal itself, rather than relying on medical and drug treatments as the first line of defense, prevention and treatment.
In fact, we should start labeling the current medical and drug practices as Alternative Health because we should view them as the alternative to be used only if self-healing and natural methods are not working. (If you have an existing or chronic life threatening disease then it is unwise to discontinue any medical care or drugs, however we know and science has proven that even in those cases the mind and emotions have a powerful role to play in the healing process.) A philosopher once said “incurable means curable from within.”
To the family of man,health is indeed a major concern. Fitness, diet, strength, being in shape, man’s health, woman’s health ….these are all functions of our mind, attitude and feelings. For instance, if you are overweight, you have to adjust your language to say that losing weight and keeping it off are easy to do and declare to the Universe that you will do it. To exercise you don’t need a health club gymnasium and membership—simply walk in the neighborhood or dance in your living room.
You will attract whatever you need if you remember the steps to utilizing the Power of Attraction: Ask; Believe; Receive. This works in sickness and health, and helps to prevent the sickness and maintain your health.
